Hey bubs:
I have been to London many times for meeting, sight-seeing etc. Everytime I went to London, I loved to go to China Town for drinking Chinese Tea and have "Dim Sum". I have to tell you that the Dim Sum in China Town generally are much better than in Hong Kong.

I love to eat: sweet and sour pork, har gor(prawn dumpling), fried crispy noodles, spring roll, crab fried in HongKong Fisherman's Wharp's style, dry fried beef rice noodle. the quality was so high that whenever I was in London, everyday I tried my very best to spend my lunch and dinner time in China Town chinese resturant.

When I asked those owners the reasons why UK had better chinese resturant than in HK, I was told that in 1997 a lot of great chife immigrated to UK.
