I am currently looking for a new racquet in the 40-70 quid range. I am in the county squad, although at the lower end of under 17s. i've got my eye on either an MP66 for £64, MP88 for £77 or Ashaway TP 990 for £56. Has anyone got any advice for ANY decent racquet to improve my power play? im open to ANY sugestions!
thanx 4 ur eyes

Having read through a number of the threads on this subject of what racquet is best for everyone I am probably going to start off another debate....
I have recently (start of this season) joined a club and have been playing in league matches for a fair part of the season and I am considering treating myself to a new racquet but don't really want to spend ridiculous amounts on whatever I get and would like to ask if anyone can help
I know a couple of people with Yonex Musclepower racquets (and I think one of them has an Armourtec) so I am going to try and pinch, I mean borrow, them for a few games to try but I have also seen some FZ Forza 2004 range racquets advertised as 'Buy 1 Get 2 Free' for about £150 - not knowing anyone with one of those racquets I am unsure of whether to spend the extra money and get 3???
Can anyone help...?
Cheers

Include in your lineup a Wilson V12 Smash. Triple Taper should yield the smash you're looking for yet light and nimble at 85grams. At 38 quid its a bargain.

I strongly recommend an Oliver racket, starting at around £90 RRP (but can be obtained for £40) is the Cytec 3000, and Id say the best is the K7 but beware the K7 is very flexy
