View Full Version : A special request to my UK brethren:

I live in Canada -- and my son and I are obsessed about badminton. However, we don't have a source for matches. The only time a badminton match has been televised here are during the Olympics (with really really bad commentary from a bunch of baffoons who know nothing of the sport).

I will check emule once in awhile to see if any generous angels are sharing mpegs of matches -- I'll get the occasional good quality All-England or Thomas Cup match, but very few are available, and most of those are really really really really bad quality.

So here's my request: you guys/gals have the luxury of watching these AWESOME games on TV -- the next time you think of it, would you mind taping it, and then ripping it to dvix or xvid, and sharing them via bittorrent or emule?

If you do, my sanity will forever be in your debt.

Yours,

If you want quality matches on DVD's contact Han who is in Milpitas California, very resonable prices and he can get them to the UK in around 4 days so you should be sorted in Canada. Many different competitions, new and old.

If you send him an e-mail he will supply a full list of tournaments and prices.
