the under 19 masters in particular, if u went or read bout it or got told about it then what did u think basically?

real question is----- our under 19 junior team next year, who will be in it and what do you think of those particular players?

Okay... One more question, which team? where are you from?
I'm from Denmark, and noticing your name I hardly think you're an Dane as well.

But.. Regarding the Danish u19, there's some really good players standing on the edge of going pro. At least I've felt a gap in levels when I had a training-match against one of them, and after-all, I'm a U19-M my self..

oh kool, nah i am english, its just i thought this was a british forum so its nice to see some foreigners on here.

not sure about our team for next year:-

men look like

tom dunlop
andrew ellis
dean george
ben beckman
mark james
peter fearnes
jason marshall????

dont really know to be perfectly honest, not sure on girls but from under 19 nationals-those men seem the ones which got far in singles, doubles or mixed from under 18 now, under 19 next year

what danes will be in next years under 19 6 nations?

I'm not sure, but i suppose.
In my club, there's 4 national U19 players which is training with the best, and with peter gade when he's home.
We've recently won the U19 EC women singles, and I've heard the DBF (Danish Badminton "Federation"?) that the next 3 years is being focused on new stars... So I think Denmark is gonna attend at several tournaments next year.

Hi Christoffer.

We (Denmark), didnt win the EC U19 women singles... Janet Kohler from Germany did. Marie Ropke from Denmark made it to the quarterfinal and lost to Linda Zetchiri from Bulgaria. Dorthe Matthiesen lost in the 1st or 2nd round (dont exactly recall it) to a girl from Holland.

Where have u heard about the plans of DBF?? I guess its obvious they will have to put some effort on the young comming stars in mens singles, now that Niels-Christian Kaldau and Anders Boesen sasy they will quit playing after the WC in Los Angeles. And in womens singles only got 1 player of a decent standard, so there is noone else to focuse on but the young girls.
But i dont think DBF has made any official prenoucement of this? Correct me if im wrong!

May i ask u which club u are playing for?

cant be... Gentofte has only got 1 player in the U19 national squad, Marie Ropke...
actually there is no danish club who has 4 U19 players from the national team..
the team which played the EC last month contained players from: Herlev, Viby BK x 2, Aarhus AB, Vendsyssel, Triton Aalborg, Skovshoved, and Odense x 2.

I thought Gades training group was called "club attack or team attack" picked out of the best juniors around the clubs
