Michelle should obviously bring home the bacon and perhaps Sarah Walker and Laura Cousins can do pretty well. Other than that i think the Girls doubles and mixed should do alright but im not so sure on the boys. They have had indifferent results through the season internationally and for some reason dont always seem to play to their potentially internationally. But the potential is definatly there.
For the team event England might win it, but it wont be a walkover.

no disrespect to the england team as they are good but I think the Danes will be too strong with players like
mads conrad
kolding
larsen
dont no der girls but dey are also very strong. mads conrad has beaten andrew ellis so i personally think that the danes will be just too strong.
Germans will also be strong but england can still do well, i reckon they'll come 2nd or 3rd with denmark coming 1st.

Hi Chenhong.
No I cant find the individual draw either. Guess it first will be visible tomorrow.
And a correction on Englands first match - not 8-1-win but 7-2-win over Sweden. If the french do not make a new update with new results?!
First days results are:
England-Sweden 7-2
Germany-Netherland 3-6
Denmark-France 8-1
England-Germany 5-4
Denmark-Netherland 8-1
Sweden-France 4-5
Denmark-Sweden 8-1
England-Netherland 4-5
Germany-France 5-4

Wuhuu!! That means Denmark won it for the 27th time in a row, which actually means no other country ever won the trophy is the age-group. :D
Congratulations to the lads...
Congratulations to Netherlands and England as well, unlucky for England Chris Adcock is injured... His appearence could easily have changed the outcome of the eng vs ned encounter...

Hi Everybody,
How are you doing? I'm so exhausted, I came back yesterday at midnight.
My oh my what a tournament. Four days of badminton, 17 matches and hardly any sleep. :p
But it was all worth it, I had such a great time. :)
I hope many of the players will go on to this forum, and place a message.
I will post some pictures as soon as possible.
Greetings,
Lester

I think Mads was nervous in the first game. Then in the 2nd and 3rd game the real Mads Conrad was playing, making no unforced errors. And his smashes came at me with deadly precision
But I'm still happy that i won the first game. :)
