So, is anyone going?
10th - 12th June in Manchester
I would be interested to see who is going to this - lets 'subscribe' on this thread! And say which company you will be representing.
I will be representing GraphicSolutions, based in Aldershot, Hants

it is a huge competition where corporate (including small companies) companies get together and compete at all sorts of sports.

Also, you don't actually have to be an employee of the company you are representing - it's open to friends/family etc.

Helped out at one of these games a few years ago. they seemed to be well run and great fun, even if the did try to push their ethos down peoples throats a bit
Not sure if the same applies now, but they had a great way of doing the medal ceremomies.....The Winner is presented with his/her medal first..then he/she presents the second and third place .....kind of a nice touch I thought

Yeah i remember those presentations.
As i was presenting the medal over the losers head, the medal belted him right on the nose!

There used to be a football team out there (can't remember which one) that used to award the man of the match a bottle of champagne, it was then his choice to award the bottle to whoever he felt helped him the most during hte game or achieved the most memorable play etc.
That really is the meaning of teamwork :) :) :)
