Eh...................
It might be an idea if you let us know what country you are from
If you say Finland then hte answer would be zero chance of winning anything, if you say China then there might be an even chance of 2 or 3 golds, if you say England then you only have a chance of 1

As your profile says Kristian Roebuck...I guess you're from England then!!
Our only real hope is Mixed with Robertson and Emms.
I think our chance of mens doubles medals has been ruined by Archer and Clark not making the cut.
I think both yourself and Lindley and Robertson and Blair have a good chance of Quarters or Semi's but the title is going to end up in the hands of Cai and Fu anyway. The Danes have a good chance as do the Indonesians in Alven and Luluk and of course the still mighty Candra and Sigit (particular favourites of mine).
We still don't stand a chance at singles......although still think Smith stands a good chance of getting further than most have been for a while. Think Lin Danhas a lot to make up for...after Olympics.
The interesting talk in the sports pages today is whether Liverpool should be allowed to defend their title....I've heard "its their right"- as an Arsenal I don't agree.......but Xia Xuanze hasn't been allowed to defend his title - same principle I suppose.
Gotta say I think it will be interesting to see whether Cann can go further than Hallum, bearing in mind...Cann seems to be our best home player, whereas Hallum still manages to do better in bigger tournaments....although no one has a hope of beating the Chinese.
Womens doubles - I think Chinese dominence will be over at the worlds - my bet is the Lithuanian pair of Akvile Stapusaityte and Ugne Urbonaite - nope sorry what am I on about!!!!

Robertson and Blair came within a couple of points of Cai and Fu at the All England this year. If it comes together like that again who knows.....

Yeah, fair point Random, in some cases I would say our problem is consistently getting those results and doing enough to threaten, although if it only happens once, lets hope its at the worlds!! :D
