What Racket should I buy?

I've been playing for about three years with my mates. We've all improved a lot ( or so we think!), but as none of us are members of a club, or know anybody that is really good, I dont have any real expertise I can turn to for advise on a new racket.

My smashes are not a problem, but if I'm honest its a lack of consistancy with the touch and positional shots I have a problem with. ( is this because of the racket I'm using, - Carlton Airblade Graphite - or am I just rubbish...ok dont answer that!!)

Can I get a decent racket in the £50 range or should I be looking to spend a bit more?

Ma racket is an Ashaway XT - 3000, a got it for £50 even though its retailed at £70 as ma coach gets them cheaper. Its reali good, lite and can get decent power. It tends to be that you can get similar rackets to Yonex for say £20 cheaper, jus due tae the name.
