Does anyone know of the best isotonic drink that comes in powder form (to save money!) and where can you buy it?

forget isotonic drinks! expensive and unnecessary, when you can make a far cheaper and more effective drink at home.
add half water, and half orange juice (or experiment with grapefruit) to your bottle, then (and this is the key) add a pinch of salt to assist absorption and retention. this is by far the most effective drink, and is great for re-hydrating. try it and see how you do

How is this better than an isotonic drink? What different does a pinch of salt make?

it is not necessarily better but it does pretty much the same job. salt is important as a lot of your sweat is made up of salt therefore it needs to be replaced. If you look at an isotonic drink's contents im pretty sure sodium or salt will be listed high up on its ingredients list. its also better to use because it costs less.
