How does the ESBA grading system work at the end of the season? Do Intermediate players get put up to premier automatically and how do some standard players get put up automatically, when a) They have had a poor season, and b)not achieved enough points to be upgraded.
Some players work their legs off to get into higher grades and fail, whereas others dont try and get put up automatically.
I would be happy if someone could explain this shambolic system!
