Helloee,
I just recently shifted to Tooting and would like to know if there are any good clubs nearby, where I can improve my baddie skills and for a regular knock during the weekend / evenings.
Im not too sure about the grading system here, but I think I might be an intermediate player but certainly not a rookie. I used to play for my university team back in India and would like to get back on the court mainly to prevent the fat cells creeping up my lower abdomen :o
Any info on the local clubs/rates would be much appreciated. :)
Cheers

Best club and probably nearest is Wimbledon Squash and Badminton Club. Club has very good facilities - 8 courts with sprung floors and a bar which also serves food.
10 mins by car/30 mins by bus.
Club has a website for more details such as address, tel no and facilities.

http://www.wimbledonclub.co.uk/
for wimbledon racquets and fitness club (formally wimbledon squash and badminton club
it is good and I can recommend it for all levels of player
non members can play regualrly on sundays between 5-7pm and it is at this session they can get graded should they wish to join the club and play in an appropriate session night
Thanks guys for all the information. The Tooting club seems to be the closest - But unfortunatly they only want people for their League matches.
Will definitly try Wimbledon Racket and sports club.
cheers

Have a look at www.freewebs.com/kingpenguinsbc. We have 2 club nights - one in Mew Malden the other in Kingston all for 1 membership fee.
