Evening everybody.
The site was reccommended to me by none other that Mr Phil McBride after speaking to him for him an hour tonight and his quarrels with the SBU and a forum where he had "3 times as many posts as any one else."
Quick introduction, I'm Eddie (Hello), 24 y/o from Glasgow getting back into Badminton after a 2 year absence with a knee injury. I play with on a Wednesday and Thursday night at Scotstoun Leisure Centre in Glasgow (Well I say play, Phil makes me look garbage and he shouts "Woooo!" a lot) and I'm part of the City of Glasgow Badminton Club Commitee (Roped into that one) and making the new logo for the club (Hook, line and sinker.)
Look forward to posting on the forum.
Hi Eddie, welcome aboard :)

Worryingly, I can hear that "Wooo" in my head.
My first post mentioned a logo which I was majorly roped into, not had a lot of feedback from the mailing list I was given so I'll try the "Let random people give their opinion" approach.
Here's my logo, bit of googling work and tore a few things off a few other designs but it's mostly mine... I suppose...

Anything anyone would like to say about the logo, good or bad will be welcome since I've had like 4 peoples opinions on something that supposed to be majorly important to the development of Glasgow Badminton. However the whole thing is turning into a wee bit of a farce with several positions on the commitee not filled and the positions that are filled, people are resigning from. :p

Ha ha, best not tell you the story of the last incarnation of the City of Glasgow badminton club then :(
Lets just say their club in the centre you play in before the academy was built used to attract a very large entre on a Sunday of all nights, now the attendance is zero.................
Logo has changed a wee bit has it not?

I get the feeling this current club is going the same way as it's previous carnations.
That's the same design as the logo I showed you on Wednesday, I think your attention was trying to get out of a night out on Saturday being honest. :D
