I said no such thing!!
I said that Nathan & Gail get away with not playing domestic events because they can. The laws apply to everyone.

Who knows about Mark.....if he has a friendly draw, he plays well, others might not be peaking he could be National Champion............Sellwood for England!!!
That's the way of the world Luncheon. Gail & Nathan work by different rules from Suzanne & David. Just the way it is.

Where is the reference to umpiring? The reference is to how the players are treated by the England camp and entry into tournaments.

Lol. That's what you secretly want me to admit. But I ain't gonna!!! Players are all treated exactly the same (or they are by me anyway).
Bigger stars do get preferential treatment. You're mad if you think that's not true. But not in terms of how the laws are applied to them. Stop trying to wind me up!! :D

Ben played that season in the 2nd team bit of a difference old boy 2nd team and 3rd team with Surrey.
Injured in the nationals, well he played like he had only one leg and a patch over both eyes so maybe I can agree with luncheon on that one. My mate thought that match was a wind up as he had never watched at this level before.

A donut? Damn it.......
For Elites and Challengers its the events department at Badminton England, they do the seedings and the entries to the draw....also the reserve list order.
For Sats its done by individual county associations, who probably go on rankings unless there is someone obvious in the draw e.g. Constable.
I believe county's do get a wildcard berth or two (hence Alan might get in).
Is that a better detailed answer.....but at the end of the day.....the Jedi Council might still be involved....using the force!

I'll give you a tenner bet that you can't win the semi....as a Challenger is a lot weaker than the Nats.

It wasnt him that told me but I know he used to do a bit of work with Morten Frost who might have won it a few times. Perhaps another but I am not sure. I am sure you knew the answer to your own question though.
I might be sad, depends on who you ask, but can assure you I am in employment just need something a bit different to get you through the day.

it seemed to be for Julia.
Before Toby went to Bath, and when he first started emerging as a strong player, it was with Tom that he was training.
I think the players that are with him are under no illusion about what he can offer them - they obviously think that that kind of training is what they require.
I would be interested to know what kind of training Dave Eddy does - is he more technical then?

To be honest Chris and I train with Tom once a week at most but we cant always get courts due to the other coaches monopolising the courts so we have maybe had10-15 sessions in the last 9 months as opposed to most work that the guys you mention like wrigley do. I am sure he was working with a coach for several sessions a week. I played him almost a year ago and would like to play him again to see the progress I have made but you cant blame a coach for the poor progress of the likes of myself. He also coaches the england cells twice a week so if you would like to be critical use the players that have talent and the time to train properly to judge a coach by instead of a piss head like myself.

how'd I get caught up in this banter!
Thats not my Mum.....maybe a distant family member I met once.....but she did in fact say one thing.......that you're skills in the bedroom are the same as your badminton skills........long gone....and questionable about how good they were!
What time you on Ad's? Not sure I can be bothered to be up at Wimbledon for 10am, just to see you lose....but you can leave my winnings at reception!

If there's a few pull outs you gotta hope you got alan really admiral and there won't be any oxygen needed in that game just to sit back down have a pint and look for the next round and hope it's another one like that.
