club nights in coventry area ??

having moved to cov last month just wondering about local club nights available

any info would be great

Hi Ricey,

I play in the Coventry area myself. For a list of clubs, best place is www.covbadminton.co.uk (http://www.covbadminton.co.uk). I play for Balsall Common which is a bit more towards Solihull/Birmingham but it's got a great atmosphere. We play Wednesdays 7-10pm and Fridays 7-10pm both with feathers.

Jubilee play over in Radford and have lots of county players but I'm not a huge fan of the atmosphere there. I used to play there myself too. They play at St Augustines school where county training is held too so if you're a good standard, this might be a good place to get recognised.

AT7 is probably the closest to you being opposite the Gallagher retail park but they play with plastics, yuck!

cheers lefty, ive only ever played plastic so havent got a clue about feathers

i go the jubilee in Nuneaton "having moved from there month ago"

i know balsall i might pop over at some stage and have a go


im not trying to get noticed just turned 35 so think my time has gone, and cronic tennis elbow doesnt help either


any idea what day the AT7 place have there club nights ??
