Anyone know where you can get good tournament software from and how much does it cost?

A company called Horizon Software has been used for some big tournaments in the past. They have a website, but I don't know specific details of the software or costs.
(I don't work for them!)

thanks Simon, I know the company - they are quite expensive and I know they have been in trouble with the BAofE and the IBF for their software not working properly! Do you know anything that can be stuck on a laptop and used for league/county level, group and knockout formats and is cheaper (I'm a bit of a miser)!

Needs to have both group/round robin and knockout formats. Ability to arrange groups, maybe do handicapping, automate the draw, print off match slips, tables etc Put in scores, whether a person has paid their entry, manage courts and scheduling etc. everyhting a tournament needs really ;o)

If you cant find anything, I could write the code for this. None of this is particularly complicated.

If interested let me know and I will put my thinking cap on !

There is Badminton Tournament Planner from Visual Reality. (http://www.alltournaments.co.uk/products/btp/) I downloaded the demo-version, seems practical. Latest Dutch Open and Thomas & Uber Cup have used the same software, as I understood. No information about prices.

Thanks Priit. Had a look and it's £170 ($260). A bit pricey but looks quite good.
