I have been writing up a few articles and newsletter for badminton recently and there is something that is really bugging me!
Maybe someone can help me out. The things is this:
What groups are we calling ourselves now. We used to have Juniors, Seniors, Veterans.
Now, the Vets are calling themselves Seniors. So, what do the people between Junior and Senior (formerly Vets) call themselves........?
Middlies?
Ex-Juniors?
Also, I don't think the 'Juniors' who enter for U17 and U19 tournaments should be viewed as 'Juniors' - for goodness sake they can vote!!!
It's silly saying "Winner of the U19 boys/girls"....
