The Welsh Badminton Union has just released a really good badminton DVD/Video. It’s called the “Badminton Directory” and is 52 minutes long with demonstrations and coaching tips of many strokes.
I’ve just received mine and found all the information really useful. It features clips of world class matches, important elements for each stroke that coaches and players would appreciate, and also has demonstrations from many angles. Rebecca Pantany is featured in many of the demonstrations along with Kelly Morgan and Richard Vaughan.
It costs £10 for the video and £12.50 for the DVD. From what I’ve seen so far it’s well worth the price.
