Why oh why does english badminton persist in employing finn traerup hansen? We must be the laughing stock of the world. Since he's been in charge we have failed to qualify for thomas/uber cup finals,had a poor commonwealth games,a disgrace of a world champs,our best player has emmigrated and several players have quit. Someone tell me why this man is allowed to continue to drag english badminton into the nationwide. In any other sport he would have been deported a long time ago!!!

how long can the top man be allowed to continue?
he's been top man for six/seven years and what has he acheived apart from spending more money than any other chief exec in living memory.
time for the hierarchy to be axed!!!

Fair point.having seen baddeley as a player i believe thats exactly what he is - a player NOT a business man which is surely what the chief executive of a business should be.He doesn't appear to be ruthless enough or have any business experience. A soft man at the top is not what is needed. I think the best person for the job would be an outsider, a pure businessman not tainted by internal politics. I think baddeley would be well suited for performance director? Maybe its jobs for the boys?
