events???!!!

is it just my computer or does the events section not work at all? you can't find a single event for the whole of the season! have they all been cancelled?
whats the point of an events section if there's never going to be any events in it?
apologies if i've totally overlooked something

Unfortunately the events section has been poorly supported with very few people adding events at a country level.

At a local level the event calendar is being used by leagues and clubs and is still very popular.

The event section at a country/world level is something that will not be continued when the site is redeveloped. We will just keep and maintain the calendar at a local level.

As with all the features on the site, their popularity and usage will dictate whether they are kept or not.
