when you talk about juniors, it that including U19, 17s and 15, or at U15 level is it too early to tell if the child has true potential?

Of course this will be a highly subjective issue. In my experience of being National Team Manager and Coach at U15 Age group, there are players that stand out. I can recall Ian Sullivan, Donna Kellog and Anthony Clark as players that had outstanding flair as junior Internationals, and as the years go on, you can identify those individuals that have the qualities required to make the transition from junior to senior International level. From the original list, my personal view is that several will "make it" I would add Chris Adcock, Michelle Cheung, Dean George (perhaps I am Biased, but he is the only player to have won the first three International Tournaments, and one with a Danish Partner). Also Jamie Bonsels and Gabrielle White are ones to watch.
Time will tell with all of these players, but to all those out there who have not yet seen these players, I can tell you that they are all "winners" in Europe, and are all "better" than some of the current "world class" European players were at the same age.Credit should go to the Counties and Coaches who's systems produced these players in the first place before the Wcp provided additional help and input.

so you've covered U15 age, who has potential from the U17 and U19 age groups?
