I have been playing for a few years but cannot find any information on how to measure for the correct racket grip size. Can anyone help or know where to look? Thanks

Do you mean by the number of actual grips you put on the racket. As far as i am aware its all personal choice, but a large(ish) grip makes the racket feel slighly lighter and reduces the risk of 'tennis' elbow.

There is lots of info on how to ensure you have the correct size grip for tennis rackets. Info for badminton rackets seems to be lacking. I have tried single grips as supplied with the racket and double wrapped grips to make it thicker. Not sure what the number system means.

number system? YONEX has G5 to G1, smallest grip size to largest. Other brands don't seem to have any - ie Carlton, and some go the G numbers the opposite way round...not sure what you were referring to.
