Can I also just remind everyone that there are still some places available on Lee Jae Bok's "One Day Badminton Workshops" being run in Suffolk, East Anglia starting next Friday 9th July.
There are places available for the courses on Saturday 10th, Sunday 11th, Monday 12th and Tuesday 13th. The courses offer something for everyone. Whilst not really suitable for the absolute beginner, each course can accommodate every standard from the Club / Social player through League to County Standard.
The courses run from 10.00 am till 5.00 pm each day and cost £40.00. Details are available on the LIBA UK website: www.libauk.com or by emailing info@libauk.com
or you can send me a PM

Lee Jae Bok is a great coach. I attended one of his week long courses last year and it was fantastic.
He really works you hard ( Korean Training style ) but you learn so much. His deception skills are still red hot.

The four days of coaching at the recent Badminton workshops went really well. Very hard work but also very enjoyable. Lee Jae Bok covered basic grips, posture, footwork, singles tactics, doubles tactics, deceptions, drops, clears, smash, net play, attack, defence etc. As an added bonus we also had the opportunity to practise everything with Ex Korean ladies champ Young Sook Lee.
There is a review of the workshops now on the LIBAUK website
