This year's ESBA Inter Counties Tournament was held at Nottingham University between the 4th and 7th of April. And what an electric atmosphere it was too...

Klaxons, sirens, rattles and whistles could be heard non-stop throughout the event. Each game being watched by team mates, family and friends gave the event a special feel, especially on finals day when some games were being watched by around 300 people.

Nearly 400 under 17s took part in the event which showcased a wide range of abilities. The results of the event can be found at the bottom of the article but the overriding memory for the Badders.com team who attended was the electric atmosphere, the smiles on faces and the fun had by everyone. It is embarrassing that many of our senior events aren't run like this. Special thanks to Yehlex UK for their support of the event and GFS Sports based in Nottingham who had a superb selection of merchandise available from their shop.

Badders.com also had a stand at the event and were made very welcome by both players and organisers alike.

For a look at how the 37 attending counties fared, take a look at the Results Excel spreadsheet.

Thanks to Eric Brown of ESBA for the data.
